  So disappointed and annoyed. Used a Groupon for microdermabrasion. Was never asked any details about myself or my skin. Operator/machine was a bit rough so much so that at the end she asked if my face was tingling. Then she said it was a bit red. It was not until l got to my car and looked, A bit red was an understatement. I had a red line across my cheek where the machine /operator had sucked so hard that it looked like a burn. No wonder l felt like she couldn't get me out fast enough. She couldn't even bother to wipe off all the white cream she used on my skin. It is now over a week and a half, the mark is still visible. Glad l took a photo just in case. Would not recommend for microdermabrasion/facial. Lucky to get one star
